Terms of payment and delivery of Leberg products


Delivery:

- Courier delivery in Kyiv - 125 UAH. When ordering from 10000 UAH. - for free.

- Delivery to the warehouse of Nova Poshta in Ukraine - 125 UAH. When ordering from 10000 UAH. - for free. 1-3 working days.

- Address delivery by Nova Poshta courier in Ukraine - 250 UAH. When ordering from 20000 UAH. - for free. 1-5 business days.

- The cost of delivery of goods weighing more than 100 kg. - calculated individually.

- Courier delivery is carried out "to the entrance." The ascent to the floor is possible in agreement with the delivery service for an additional fee (100 UAH with an elevator; 40 UAH/floor without an elevator)

Payment:

- Cash upon receipt of the goods (cash on delivery).

- Visa/MasterCard upon receipt of the goods.

- ApplePay, Google Pay, Pay Pass upon receipt of the goods.

- Privat24 on the website or by account.

- By Visa / MasterCard on the site.

- Bank transfer (with VAT).

- Payment by installments from Privatbank.

  • In order to use the "Payment in installments" service, you must have a Privatbank card "Universal"
  • The credit limit on the card must be greater than or equal to the purchase amount. You can find out the credit limit by sending an SMS with the text "Chast" to 10060 or call 3700 and check with the Privatbank contact center operator.
  • The maximum number of installment months is indicated on each product. The Privatbank commission for the "Payment in installments" service is 0.01% / month - when using your own funds on the card.

- Payment by installments from Monobank.

  • In order to use the "Payment in installments" service, you must have a Monobank card.
  • The credit limit on the card must be greater than or equal to the purchase amount. You can find out the credit limit in the Monobank application in the "Credits" section.
  • The maximum number of installment months is indicated on each product. If necessary, you can increase the number of installment months in the Monobank application after applying for an installment plan.

- Instant installment from Privatbank.

  • In order to use the "Instant installment" service, you must have a Privatbank "Universal" card.
  • The credit limit on the card must be greater than or equal to the purchase amount. You can find out the credit limit by sending an SMS with the text "Chast" to 10060 or call 3700 and check with the Privatbank contact center operator.
  • Instant installment - possible for a period of 1 to 24 months.
  • Commission of Privatbank for the service "Instant Installment" - 2.9% / month - when using your own funds on the card. When using credit card funds, an additional fee of 4.0% is charged.

Acceptance and return of goods:

Upon receipt of the order, carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of the courier, if you do not like the appearance or the product without damaging the packaging, return the order to the courier, we will definitely replace it. Claims on appearance are accepted only at the moment of delivery.

Purchase returns

We strive to be as loyal to our customers as possible and fully comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Law.

Returning goods is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the goods have not been used, the packaging is not damaged and its presentation is preserved.

If you need to return an item, you must provide:

  • the goods (and all of its packaging) in intact packaging and with unbroken integrity of the seals;
  • invoice or cashier's check;
  • warranty card;
  • return request
  • passport and identification code.

Refunds for goods are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The money is returned to the buyer within 14 days from the date of presentation of the relevant request.
